1. Contents of personal information to be collected
- Name, nationality, residential address, confirmation on
elderly and/or person with disability, phone number, mobile
number, academic background, academic results, overseas stay and
training history, social activities, language and other
qualifications, awards, hobbies, specialties,
self-introduction
- all the aforementioned information received in audio and
visual video format.
2. Purpose of usage and collection
Recruitment screening, including recruitment progress stages,
results etc, guide on recruitment information, and establishment
of talent pool.
3. Usage and retention period of personal information
Personal information provided in the application will be
included in the list of talents for the company’s recruitments,
and shall be stored in the company’s database for up to 1 month
starting from the date of result announcement for the
recruitment session. In the case where an applicant request for
deletion of personal information, it shall be deleted
immediately upon request.
